Markus Wehrhahn, Managing Director
Armed with the skills gained from working with companies such as BearingPoint Management & IT Consulting (now PwC Consulting Inc.), Toray Industries and Alpine Electronics, Markus brings a wealth of corporate HR expertise to the RLC team. Markus has worked on countless successful global HR strategies, Asia-based regional L&D projects, leadership development programs and much more.
Markus was born in Germany and educated in Australia. He mastered the Japanese language while working in executive consulting roles in the nation for eight years, before moving to Thailand in 2008. Following two successful years as a Business Development Director and subsequently General Manager at Resource Link Consulting Group, Markus joined RLC Recruitment in 2012 to provide a premium, niche and tailored approach to technical recruitment.
Markus’s core recruitment focus areas are Senior HRM and Japanese & German speaking roles for MNCs in Thailand. He specializes in customizing unique recruitment solutions for business leaders by leveraging his experience in:

Richard Jackson, General Manager
Born in London, Richard enjoyed a successful career in the fitness industry with Holmes Place PLC before transitioning into the wealth management field with Barclays. He now has almost two decades of experience in client management roles and has been the Business Development Director for nearly ten years at RLC Recruitment, Thailand’s leading technical recruitment agency.
In addition to Richard’s extensive client management experience and in-depth understanding of Thailand and ASEAN’s job markets, Richard maintains an extensive network of automotive and manufacturing industry contacts throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Passionate about all things automotive, Richard regularly consults for many of the world’s leading OEM and Tier I and II automotive suppliers in Thailand. For over five years, Richard has sat on the Committee of the Automotive Focus Group of Thailand (AFG), whose members include:
